Welcome to The Chill Productive

I have always been attracted to the idea of optimal productivity and "achieving all that you can in life". As such, I read books, watched videos, and listened to podcasts, hoping to find the secret to the success of these online productivity-gurus. But I found that most productivity advice focused solely on getting more done, without taking into account the importance of well-being. That's when I realized that I didn't want to just be productive; I wanted to be productive while also taking care of my mental, emotional, and physical health. This is becoming increasingly important to me as I begin my medical school journey.

While studying for the MCAT and preparing my medical school application, I started experimenting with different productivity strategies that also promoted well-being. I focused on time management, prioritization, and goal-setting, but I also incorporated practices like exercise, reflection, and self-care into my routine. I found that when I took care of myself, I was more motivated, focused, and well, productive.

I also developed some tools to stay organized during the year-long medical school application process that helped me tremendously. I wanted to share what I had learned with others, so I started The Chill Productive. 

I believe that productivity and well-being are interconnected. When we take care of ourselves, we are better equipped to be productive and achieve our goals. That's why The Chill Productive is not just about productivity tips and tricks, but also about self-care and practices to enjoy your life!
